Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

You’ll also receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible at info@sentimentalgems.com.

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll be happy to update the address for you. Once the package has been sent, unfortunately I can’t reroute it — but I’ll do what I can to help.

Each piece is made and packaged with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted for custom or made-to-order items. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

If there's an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@sentimentalgems.com, and I’ll work with you to find a solution — whether it’s a repair, exchange, or refund.
